MIU was founded in 2017, with the idea of becoming an essential part of the foundation for the technological revolution we have been experiencing in Mexico and Latin America. We support and improve entrepreneurs, startups, and the rising technology hub in Guadalajara, Mexico, and Latin America.
The Center for the Development of Business Competitiveness revealed in 2021 that 8 out of 10 Mexican companies fail within the first 2 years. We at the Mexican Innovation University believe in the existing talent in our region, and we aim to enable it, connect it and give the platform and education it needs to create global scaling startups and ventures. By doing this, we have been attracting international investors into our region. That is how we further develop the existing technology hub in Mexico to become globally acknowledged.
At MIU we believe that people are the most valuable asset organizations can have. Each person has a story and a purpose. That is why we are committed to giving personalized follow-ups to the entrepreneurs who go through our programs so that they can connect with the right people to develop scalable and sustainable business models.
